Located in Pagosa Springs, Pine Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is part of a close-knit mountain community. Many of our guests, families, and staff are locals, who choose Pine Ridge because it’s part of the community they know and trust.
The staff at Pine Ridge is excellent! We so appreciate the housekeeping, kitchen, and nursing staff. We’re so grateful to the administrator, and so happy with my father’s progress in rehab here.
